FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS

Water Based Fire Suppression Systems

Automatic Sprinkler Systems

Sprinkler systems are the most common fire safety systems with a wide range of applications. These systems, where the temperature to be activated is determined during the design process, are installed with vertical or pendent type heads.

Working pressure and flow rate values of sprinkler systems are determined according to the hazard class of the place. Sprinkler heads manufactured from materials suitable for ambient conditions in warehouses, production areas, offices, cafeterias and many different areas offer fully automatic protection.

Certificates & Approvals of Sprinkler Systems We Offer

  • VdS
  • LPCB
  • UL Listed
  • CE
  • FM Approvals

Sprinkler System Types

Sprinklers, which have a wide range of use in the industry, have flexible application methods tailored to their needs. Sprinkler system lines can be kept under pressure or filled with air against the risk of freezing. Dominant systems using open-ended sprinklers can also be installed at points with very high fire risk or where cooling is required.

  • Wet

    WET ALARM VALVE

Wide application options for organic solid material fires.

  • Dry

    DRY ALARM VALVE

It is preferred in environments where the room temperature is below +4°C.

  • Deluge

    DELUGE VALVE

It is applied in areas where fire can spread very quickly.

  • Pre-Action

    PREACTION VALVE

Eliminates the risk of water damage in volumes with sensitive products.

System Components

Water fire extinguishing systems, which work like an orchestra in case of fire, pressurize the water that can absorb the heat and energy generated and deliver it to the sprinkler heads. In these systems where fire pumps are the heart of the system, every piece of equipment is critical.

  • Fire Pumps

Diesel and electric motor units capable of producing 16 bar pressure in the range of 100-5000 GPM.

  • Sprinkler & Nozzle Heads

+60 different types of open-closed-end shot heads with different orifices as pendent, horizontal and vertical types.

  • Piping & Hangers

FM approved galvanized, steel and HDPE pipelines. Seismic suspension and coupling connection materials.

  • Alarm & Shutoff Valves

Butterfly and OSY valves that manage the pipe network. Fire alarm valve groups that control fire zones.

  • Hydrants & Monitors

Underground and above ground hydrants and monitors positioned for long distance response to fire.

  • Fire Cabinets

Fire cabinets used with 2'' flat or 1'' rubber hose are used for first response to fire.

System Applications

We generally apply water extinguishing systems according to NFPA 13, 14, 15, 20 standards. Relevant codes and standards of EN, ISO and VdS can also be used in accordance with the requirement or specification. While designing water extinguishing systems, we perform system simulations using sprinkCAD, AutoSPRINK and omniCAD programs. Thus, the performance of the system is controlled during the design phase.

  • Red fire alarm valve collector and shut-off valves
Fire alarm valve collector and OSY shut-off valves
  • Deluge suppression system protecting an oil-filled transformer outdoors
Deluge SystemOil transformer protection system in accordance with NFPA 15
  • Ceiling-mounted sprinkler piping with coupling connections
Flexible and rigid coupling assembly with sprinkler lines grooved
